Plants N0.8

This collection mainly consists of smaller pieces. I challenged myself to work on a smaller scale using gouache as my medium. This collection extension of my Plant Life collection. I also used a limited palette to add an extra challenge because I always want to push myself to learn and grow.

I used Ochre yellow, phthalo green blue, and magenta, with white or black to lighten or darken the colors as needed. I also used black for the plants. Strategic markings are often placed to balance the painting.

This listing is for a 11.5"H by 9"W painting, sealed with wax. Please note that mattes and framing are not included. This is for display purposes only.
